Prompt attention to client needs, personalized service, and diligent representation are firm objectives.

The firm offers a focused practice that is directed toward providing services to corporate/commercial clients in select practice areas.

Assisting lawyers by serving as co-counsel when special needs warrant and receiving lawyer referrals is highly valued by the firm.

Because the firm is selective with regard to services provided and clients represented, referral of clients to other lawyers is sometime necessary.        

I elected independent practice in 2005 after a successful tenure as a partner with Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C., a stalwart Green Bay, Wisconsin law firm.

I am a member of numerous professional organizations, including the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). Membership in IADC is by invitation only and peer reviewed. I have been listed in Wisconsin Super Lawyers for Construction Litigation.

Service activities include serving on the Board of Directors and as Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary of the Wisconsin Bar Association Construction and Public Contracts Law Section; the Supreme Court of Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation District Fourteen Committee; President, Vice President, and member of the Board of Directors of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Founders Association; State Bar Fee Arbitration Panel, and as an author and speaker to professional and industry organizations about law and construction related matters.
